Authorship of Legal Holds Book Cited in "A Roadmap to Litigation Readiness," Information Management September/October 2012

A seminal e-discovery treatise co-authored by John J. Jablonski, Chair of Goldberg Segalla’s E-Discovery Practice Group, was cited in an Information Management article published by ARMA International, the authority on managing records and information. The article highlights the important role records and information management professionals play in making the litigation experience less dangerous and less costly.
