Dennis P. Glascott Quoted in "Judging the Jury: It's an Art and Science," Buffalo Law Journal June 18, 2012
Dennis P. Glascott, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Product Liability Practice Group, provided the Buffalo Law Journal with insight for an article examining jury psychology and how litigators work to help select and then persuade juries in order to achieve favorable results for their clients.
"You can read people and really get a sense of how they might deliberate," Dennis told the Buffalo Law Journal. "From their shoes to their haircut, it can all tell us things about the jurors that may help our client." He addressed issues including the use of outside jury consultants, jury selection, interpreting jury psychology, and the potential impact of litigators’ behavior in the courtroom on the jury.
