Fred has more than 30 years of experience handling transactional and regulatory matters for insurers and reinsurers across the globe. He focuses on transactions involving insurers, the formation of insurers and related entities, and corporate compliance. He is also an expert on excess and surplus lines, particularly independent procurement insurance, and assists in insurance product development, drafting policies, and drafting reinsurance contracts, the article noted.
