Joseph M. Hanna Quoted in "NFL Deflategate Appeal to Test Deference to Arbitrators," Law360 March 1, 2016

Sports and Entertainment Practice Group Chair Joseph M. Hanna told Law360 that the likelihood of the Second Circuit reversing a district court opinion that overturned New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s four-game suspension in the “deflategate” controversy is low — but could go either way nonetheless.
