“Social media's speed and power are matched only by its potential to bring about unintended — and sometimes disastrous — consequences,” writes Daniel W. But for lawyers and other professionals whose work is governed by industry-specific standards of ethics, tools such as Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn and Facebook present an extra layer of challenges and risks.”
