Dennis P. Glascott Receives Civility Award From Defense Trial Lawyers Association of WNY December 3, 2014

Dennis P. Glascott, a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s Product Liability and General Liability Practice Groups, received the Civility Award from the Defense Trial Lawyers Association of Western New York (DTLA) at the organization’s annual dinner December 3.

Dennis focuses his practice on complex and catastrophic personal injury litigation and has successfully defended clients in a variety of areas, including products liability, premises and construction site personal injury litigation, and municipal liability.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and is presently a firefighter for the Lake Erie Beach Volunteer Fire Department in the town of Evans. Dennis’s experiences in the JAG Corps and his involvement in the real-life case that inspired the Broadway play and motion picture A Few Good Men were profiled by the Buffalo Law Journal earlier this year.

The DTLA Civility Award is given in honor of attorney Neil Sherwood, whose “commitment to his profession and work as a volunteer firefighter made him a model among his fellow defense trial lawyers.” Mr. Sherwood passed away in 2012.
