James M. Paulino II Honored Among Rochester's Forty Under 40 November 2014

James M. Paulino II, an attorney in Goldberg Segalla’s Business and Commercial Practice Group, was named to the Rochester Business Journal’s 2015 Forty Under 40 list of the Rochester’s top young professionals. The honor recognized Jimmy for his outstanding professional accomplishments as well as his tireless dedication to making Rochester a better place in which to live and work.

Jimmy has made a significant impact on the practice of law in Rochester and statewide through a number of key leadership positions. He currently chairs the New York State Bar Association’s Subcommittee on E-Filing and is a member of the NYSBA Committee on Court Structure and Operations. He also serves as a member of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee and is a former Chair of the organization’s Young Lawyers Section.

In the community, Jimmy is widely recognized as a mentor and leader for many of Rochester’s youth. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Youth, which provides counseling and other services to young people, and is a member of its Fund Development Committee and Teen Court Advisory Board. He is also a mediator at Rochester Teen Court and a University of Rochester Mock Trial Coach. Jimmy is actively involved in the community efforts of the Monroe County Bar Association and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.

The Forty Under 40 recognition followed his receipt of the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2013 from the New York State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, which honored him for his service to both the community and the legal profession, among other recognitions.
