Danielle Schilling’s practice focuses on complex tort, transportation, municipal liability, and construction litigation. She successfully defends national retailers and transportation corporations in all phases of litigation, as well as at the trial and appellate levels. Before entering law school, Danielle worked in the title insurance industry; upon graduation, she worked for a full-service real estate firm, where she handled residential and commercial closings as well as all facets of real estate litigation.

As a frequent contributor to Goldberg Segalla’s Sports Law Insider, Danielle writes on a variety of topics in the areas of sports and entertainment including high-profile allegations of false advertising, college football infractions and sanctions, scandals involving the use of performance enhancing drugs in professional sports, and the legal battle over online freedom of expression in social media. She also contributes to the firm’s Governmental Liability, Civil Rights, and Labor and Employment newsletter and speaks to local groups about issues pertaining to women.
