Derek M. Zisser, an associate in the firm’s General Liability Practice Group, focuses his practice on matters involving all areas of tort liability, including premises liability, products liability, property damage, sports and recreation liability, construction accidents, automobile/trucking liability, dram shop liability, pharmaceutical liability, the Americans with Disabilities Act, insurance coverage, and workers’ compensation matters.

Derek earned his bachelor’s in History from Hofstra University before going on to earn his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a founding member and vice president of the Real Estate Law Society’s Foreclosure Assistance Program. During law school, Derek also gained significant experience while working with the Honorable Ira B. Warshawsky in the Nassau County Supreme Court.
