Edward E. Warnke counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in a range of workers’ compensation claims. He is involved in all aspects of the claims-handling process, from inception through resolution.

Ed received his bachelor’s in Government and Politics from St. John’s University before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law. As a law student, he served as a legal intern in the Civil Enforcement Unit of the New York City Police Department and as a student attorney in the Law Reform Clinic in Hempstead, New York.

Ed is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served as an Amphibious Reconnaissance Marine with the First Reconnaissance Battalion from 2002 to 2006. During his time in the Marines, Ed was deployed to Iraq twice, received various commendations, and was meritoriously promoted twice.
