Katiana V. Rodriguez, an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, focuses her practice on counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation matters. She assists clients with all stages of litigation from inception through resolution. Katiana is bilingual in English and Spanish, and her experience includes representing many Spanish-speaking clients.

Katiana earned a dual bachelor’s in communications and psychology with a minor in music business and entertainment from the University of Miami, where she was involved in organizations such as the Federation of Cuban Students, Service and Leadership Organization (STRIVE), Clinton Global Initiative Program (CGIU), and Habitat for Humanity. She later went on to earn her juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as the internal vice president of the Florida Moot Court Team and as an articles editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Her law school experience also includes interning for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa at the Florida District Court of Appeal.
