Nhan T. Lee focuses his practice on commercial disputes, insurance litigation, construction litigation, product liability, general business law, and high-exposure complex claims involving catastrophic personal injury and death. He counsels and defends numerous national insurers, private businesses, automobile manufacturers, retailers, and globally recognized resort and hospitality enterprises in accident claims involving commercial vehicles, buses, and other vehicles. He is a versatile trial attorney with experience in both state and federal courts, and is additionally skilled in mediation and arbitration.

Nhan received his bachelor’s from the University of Central Florida before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. As a law student, he competed widely in moot court competitions, and was the recipient of multiple Book Awards for Appellate Advocacy, Constitutional Law I and II, Criminal Law, and Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing.
