Rachel Zucker, an associate in the firm's Global Insurance Services Practice Group, counsels and defends clients in a wide variety of insurance matters.

Rachel is a frequent contributor to the firm's Insurance and Reinsurance Report, Data Privacy and Security, and Sports and Entertainment Law Insider blogs, where she writes on topics involving insurance, cybersecurity, and other issues. She recently contributed to the "Insurance Coverage and Indemnity Unveiled" chapter in Construction Site Personal Injury Litigation Second Edition 2018 Revision. She is also a regular presenter for the firm's Global Insurance Services webinar series.

Rachel’s previous experience includes a clerkship at a New York criminal appellate firm and an externship with the Hon. Sharon LoVallo of the Erie County Family Court. She also served a summer internship with the Erie County Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Prior to pursuing her law degree, Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Geneseo, graduating cum laude. She went on to graduate cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School, where she served as associate and then editor of the Buffalo Law Review, president of the Jewish Law Students Association, and vice president of The Family and Children’s Law Society.
