Communications Assistant 

Goldberg Segalla’s Brand Management Department seeks a talented and creative individual to help promote our dynamic and growing firm’s brand through digital content marketing in its Buffalo office. If you have experience with social media, email marketing, video, and websites, and you are energetic and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you and see samples of your work.

Job Description:
  • Social media content creation and posting
  • Generating and distributing email marketing campaigns
  • Website and intranet maintenance
  • Video editing and development
  • Internal training
  • Podcasts
  • Attorney presentations
  • Analytics and analysis of content performance
  • At least one year of professional experience in marketing required, 2-3 preferred
  • Experience with social media, blogs, email marketing, and video editing required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required
  • Fluency in MS Office, web maintenance, video editing, social media platforms and tools, and email marketing and blog platforms required (Adobe Premiere, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Hootsuite, podcasts, Prezi preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and exceptional business writing skills
  • Proven ability to interpret complex legal and business topics and produce creative, engaging copy
  • Skilled editor and proofreader
  • Experience supporting multiple members of management in a proactive manner
  • Experience working with developers, writers, designers, and photographers
  • Ability to handle changing project criteria, multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, organized team player with positive attitude
  • Ideal candidate should be motivated with the goal of becoming a long term asset within the organization.
