Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national and international practice, seeks an experienced Paralegal in its Princeton office.

Job Description
  • Conducts various document searches and factual research.
  • Summarizes legal documents.
  • Drafts legal documents including, but not limited to, pleadings and motions.
  • Assists with trial preparation.
  • Prepares for and attends depositions.
  • Files court documents.
  • Prepares general correspondence, memoranda and complex legal documents according to the requirements set by each practice group.
  • Maintains, organizes and tracks files in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information in accordance with firm policies.
  • Interacts professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, all other staff and other representatives outside of the firm.
  • Ability to handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
  • At least 3 years of defense litigation experience, product liability personal injury experience preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred, but not necessary.
  • Experience with document control and e-filing with Federal Courts.
  • Exceptional organization skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Team work oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to perform legal research.
  • In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
  • Ability to analyze legal documents and ensure accuracy.
