Open to business owners and executives, insurance professionals, and members of the cybersecurity community, the symposium will offer analysis, live discussion, and practical pointers on topics including identifying emerging cyber risks, insuring cyber incidents, responding to data privacy lawsuits, and complying with regulatory developments for data privacy and collection. An entire session will be devoted to in-depth analysis and discussion of the upcoming California Consumer Privacy Act, which Marc will lead.
