Elizabeth brings considerable experience handling workers’ compensation cases to the firm. Before returning to private practice, she was an associate counsel at one of the country’s largest insurers, where she counseled insured clients and developed effective litigation strategies in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Elizabeth routinely represents clients at trial and drafts legal memoranda, and her background also includes personal injury litigation.
While earning her J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, Elizabeth was a student attorney at the school’s Immigrant Rights Clinic. She also served as an intern at the New Jersey State Office of the Public Defender and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
