Goldberg Segalla added Abdias J. Montelus to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in West Palm Beach.

Abdias focuses his practice on counseling and defending retail and hospitality companies in commercial matters and civil disputes in state and federal courts throughout Florida. He is engaged in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, and trial. Abdias has represented clients in a wide range of commercial and general liability suits involving motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, product defects, and breach of contract.

Abdias earned his B.A. from Florida International University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
