Goldberg Segalla added Alexandra Heinz to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Buffalo.

Lexi focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She handles all stages of the claims process from inception through resolution. Clients today benefit from Lexi’s prior experience representing plaintiffs in workers’ compensation matters, where she litigated claims and negotiated settlements. In addition to workers’ compensation, she also has experience with both federal and New York State labor and employment law.

Lexi earned her B.A. from Canisius College and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
