Goldberg Segalla added Alexandria Oguntula to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law group in Los Angeles.
Alexandria focuses her practice on counseling and representing manufacturers, distributors, and others in toxic tort litigation as well as defending clients in environmental disputes. She is involved in all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, pleadings and briefs; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, hearings, and mediations. While in law school, Alexandria gained experience conducting medical record review and analysis as well as drafting deposition summaries for trial preparation while working as a legal extern in the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office. As a law clerk in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Alexandria conducted evidence preparation for Grand Jury witness testimony and conducted legal research regarding political corruption, fraud, and misrepresentation issues.
Alexandria earned her B.A. from Pepperdine University and her J.D. from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
