Goldberg Segalla added Andrew K. Lee to the firm’s General Liability group in Garden City.

Andrew concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of general liability claims, including premises liability, negligent security, construction litigation, dram shop litigation, and other commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Andrew was staff counsel at GEICO, where he managed a caseload of approximately 80 motor vehicle tort claims in Kings County Supreme Court. He also draws on nearly three years of experience as an assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, investigating intimate partner crimes ranging from petit larceny to homicide; interviewing and preparing victims, witnesses, and police officers for trial testimony; assessing witness credibility; and indicting cases in front of grand juries.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh and his juris doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
