Goldberg Segalla added Anoop S. Kahlon to the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group in Buffalo.

Anoop focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients facing employment and labor issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. In addition to state courts, he has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Anoop handles matters from inception through completion, including legal research and writing, preparation of pleadings and other legal documents, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and court appearances. In addition to employment law, his experience includes practicing healthcare, insurance, and corporate law. While attending the Syracuse University College of Law, he interned with a mid-sized employment law firm in Washington, D.C., where he gained litigation experience working on cases involving discrimination, harassment, ERISA, fraud, and whistleblowers.

Anoop earned his B.S. at the University of Guelph and his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
