Christina brings extensive experience appearing before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, conducting negotiations, and leading depositions. She previously served as staff counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurers, where she attended hearings on behalf of its claims department on all issues of workers’ compensation law. She also has experience handling matters involving reinsurance, employment discrimination, and pharmaceutical liability.
Christina now serves as a volunteer lawyer with New York State Courts’ Access to Justice program, which provides pro bono representation to low-income individuals. While earning her J.D., Christina held internships with the New York City Police Department’s Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Trials and the Urban Justice Center’s Street Vendor Project.
