Cyrus focuses his practice on general liability defense for individuals and commercial entities. He handles all phases of litigation through trial preparation and settlement, including drafting responsive pleadings and handling depositions, negotiations, and motions. His background includes slip-and-fall cases involving insured/commercial clients; assault and vicarious liability cases; construction defect cases; and underinsured/uninsured motorist (UIM/UM) first-party claims.
Cyrus earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his juris doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While attending law school, he gained experience as a legal intern for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
