Goldberg Segalla added Daniel DiTusa to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Garden City.

Daniel focuses his practice on counseling and representing clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters. He is involved in all aspects of litigation: preparing cases for filing; conducting depositions; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; and participating in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. As a law student, Daniel gained experience as a legal intern in private practice and in the office of the Town of Hempstead town attorney. He conducted legal research, drafted and filed motions, drafted memoranda on a variety of issues, reviewed and edited contracts, and participated in strategy meetings.

Daniel earned his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
