David focuses his practice on representing clients in a broad range of general liability matters. He is involved in all aspects of the claims-handling process, from inception through trial and appeal, including mediation. He received his bachelor’s in Political Science with a minor in English from Villanova University before going on to earn his law degree from Notre Dame Law School. As a law student, David served as senior articles editor of the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law and worked as a legal intern in the school’s Community Development Clinic, where he handled matters related to startup businesses and non-profit corporations. He also externed with the City of South Bend’s Legal Department, interned with the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General, and volunteered with Legal Services of New Jersey’s Hurricane Sandy Legal Assistance project. Following law school, David served as a law clerk for the Honorable Donna M. Taylor in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage.
