David represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex civil litigation and employment law matters. He counsels employers through litigation and internal investigations, providing advice on a variety of employment and personnel issues. He also has experience handling unfair competition, false advertising, and defamation claims; white-collar matters; intellectual property; and environmental concerns.
David earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and his juris doctor from the University of California Irvine School of Law. During law school, David gained experience as a law clerk in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and as a judicial extern in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
