Goldberg Segalla added Diandra L. Abate to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Chicago.

Diandra is a zealous advocate for employers, insurers, and carriers in workers’ compensation matters throughout Illinois, working with each client to manage risk and deliver favorable results based on their goals. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution, including representing clients before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission as well as Illinois courts. Diandra also shares her knowledge with claims representatives, third-party administrators and self-insured employers by presenting at conferences.

Diandra earned her B.A. from Augustana College and her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law.
