Lisa focuses her practice on counseling and defending clients regarding a variety of general liability matters. She represents Fortune 500 companies in complex toxic tort and product liability litigation, and has represented clients in claims under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). Her experience also includes handling matters involving wrongful termination, federal tax fraud, securities fraud, claims under the False Claims Act, and shareholder disputes regarding executive severance. She has litigated matters spanning tobacco, environmental cleanup, and pharmaceutical patents. Lisa received her bachelor’s in political science with a minor in business law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, before going on to earn her master’s in political science from California State University, Fullerton. She later earned her juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as vice president of the Orange County Teen Court and public service representative of the Student Bar Association.
