Goldberg Segalla added associate Emma L. Freedenberg to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in Buffalo.

Emma focuses her practice on counseling and representing clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters. She defends general liability, premises liability, negligent security, and other claims, and advises clients on emerging risks. She draws on experience as an intern to the Hon. Russell P. Buscaglia and the Hon. Lawrence J. Vilardo in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

Emma earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Elmira College and her juris doctor magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo.
