Goldberg Segalla added Irene Kolonias to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in White Plains.

Irene counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She is involved in all aspects of claims from initial referral through resolution, including discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Irene was with a law firm that focuses on securities class action matters, where she drafted pleadings, motions, statement of claims, and memoranda in securities fraud class actions arising under the FINRA Rules, Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Irene earned her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
