Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Jacqueline K. Siegel

Goldberg Segalla added partner Jacqueline K. Siegel to the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group in Garden City.

Jacqueline counsels and represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation, with a focus on defending discrimination, harassment, and wage claims before federal and state courts. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Jacqueline worked in-house as the general counsel, vice president of a large health care corporation, where—as the sole executive responsible for legal affairs—she advised on matters such as ADA compliance, compensation, discrimination and harassment, leaves, hiring, disciplinary, and termination practices.

Jacqueline received her bachelor’s degree from Albright College and her juris doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, where she acted as associate editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. During law school, she was a clerk with The City of New York Office of Labor Relations and the National Football League.
