Goldberg Segalla added Jamie T. Corio to the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group in Manhattan.
Jamie is an accomplished attorney who has dedicated his practice to commercial and civil litigation for more than two decades. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and real estate law, having closed over 400 commercial and residential real estate deals with an aggregate value near $1 billion. Skilled in the drafting of contracts and pleadings, motion and appellate practice, oral argument and negotiation, Jamie has counseled brokerages, building contractors, start-ups and commercial lessors. He has also developed broad expertise in insurance coverage analysis and litigation including Fidelity, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, first- and third-party claims, and subrogation.
Jamie earned his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.
