Joe is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on representing and defending insurers in a wide variety of coverage disputes. He has substantial experience defending insurance companies in breach of contract and declaratory judgment actions involving issues of coverage, assignment of benefits, scope and pricing, and alleged bad faith arising out of policies for property damage, personal injury, professional management and professional liability, and other lines. Additionally, he has successfully helped navigate businesses through various disputes to avoid unnecessary litigation and, in the event litigation is unavoidable, aggressively represents businesses in various complex litigation matters, including partnership disputes, accounting actions, and the partition of commercial property.
Joe received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida and his J.D. at the University of Florida Levin School of Law.
