Goldberg Segalla added Joseph M. Cline to the firm’s Construction Litigation and Counsel group in Orlando.
Joe counsels and defends clients in a number of complex claims faced by developers, engineers, architects, surveyors and others in the construction industry. His wide-ranging background includes handling matters of construction defect, design defect, contractual indemnity, breach of contract, personal injury and premises liability as well as subrogation and insurance coverage. In addition to litigating cases in state and federal courts, Joe is skilled in settlement/post-settlement resolution and arbitration practice (JAMS and AAA).
Joe earned his B.C.J. from Ohio University and his J.D. from Cooley Law School, Florida.
