Goldberg Segalla added Joshua A. Nuzzo to the firm’s Transportation group in Orange County.

Joshua focuses his practice on the legal needs of clients in the transportation, trucking, and logistics industries, defending civil matters ranging from personal or catastrophic injury to premises liability, employment law, and contract disputes. He draws on substantial and wide-ranging general civil litigation experience including state and federal motion practice, arbitration, and trial. Joshua collaborates with his clients to develop a strategic plan for achieving their specific goals, whether that means litigation, mediation, or negotiating a favorable settlement.

Before joining private practice, Joshua served as director of business and legal affairs for an independent music publishing company and assisted in the expansion of the company portfolio from 600 to more than 1,000 artists while managing legal, contracts, and publishing rights enforcement.

Joshua earned his B.A. from Chapman University and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
