Justin concentrates his practice on trucking, transportation, and general liability matters. He represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation including construction defects and personal injury matters. Immediately following law school, he gained experience as a contracts administrator at Shimmick Construction in Long Beach, California. Justin earned his bachelor’s degree at Western Oregon University, and his juris doctor from Whittier Law School. While attending law school, he interned for the Hon. Fred Slaughter of the Orange County Superior Court and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
Kingsley counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex civil litigation claims with a particular focus on trucking and transportation matters. He has represented a wide range of employers and insurance carriers in various civil disputes, including products liability, personal injury, premises liability, and eminent domain matters. Kingsley earned his bachelor’s degree at University of California, Irvine, and his juris doctor at the Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, Forrester externed at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office Major Crimes Unit, and at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California under the Hon. Judge Guilford. He also interned at Marvel Studios, working on corporate, entertainment, and intellectual property matters for blockbuster films, including “Black Panther” and “Avengers: Infinity Wars.”
