Goldberg Segalla added Kenneth J. Mastellone to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in White Plains.

Ken is a seasoned litigator, well versed in general liability, NY Labor Law, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, professional malpractice, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage. With more than 20 years of experience, Ken has counseled and defended a diverse range of clients and conducted all phases of litigation, including trials, mediation and arbitration. Prior to commencing his civil litigation career, he was an assistant district attorney in the Violent Felony Unit and the Investigation Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted jury trials and presented matters to the grand jury.

Ken earned his B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
