Nick focuses his practice on complex toxic tort, environmental, and asbestos litigation. He counsels and defends clients in all stages of litigation, from inception through trial. His background includes handling claims related to personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice, as well as litigating business, commercial, and construction matters such as contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, negotiable instruments, UCC Law, business torts, and business fraud. Nick received his bachelor’s in finance from Florida State University before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from the school’s College of Law and College of Business, where he served as a research assistant for the Journal of American Academy of Psychology & Law. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk in Florida’s Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division.
