Nolan represents and defends employers in a wide range of employment and workers’ compensation matters, with a particular focus on representing major league sports teams and franchises. He regularly defends employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims; wage-and-hour class-action suits; and administrative hearings. Nolan received his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and his juris doctor from Chapman University. During law school, he served as production counsel for a variety of limited-budget motion pictures at the Chapman University School of Law Entertainment Law Clinic. He was also the senior notes and comments editor for the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy.
Ahllam represents a wide variety of businesses and business owners in employment law matters and commercial disputes. Her experience also includes the defense of personal injury matters. During law school, Ahllam was a judicial extern to the Hon. Jay C. Gandhi in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and to the Hon. Victoria Roberts in the Eastern District of Michigan. she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine and her juris doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
