Goldberg Segalla added Oscar G. Jimenez to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality group in San Francisco.

Oscar is an accomplished attorney with more than 27 years of experience handling a wide range of complex civil litigation matters and all aspects of corporate law. He has managed and litigated cases involving construction defect, professional liability, employment and labor, and personal injury claims in state and federal courts throughout California.

Oscar’s extensive experience includes representing a variety of businesses and licensed professionals in the construction industry in million-dollar construction defect and professional liability lawsuits, including developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, including architects and engineers. In addition, he has advised several high-tech clients and prospective start-ups in a broad scope of legal matters, ranging from drafting and negotiating various commercial and technology-related agreements, to corporate formation and compliance, and counseling clients in numerous business transactions to balance their legal risks with their business objectives.

Oscar earned his B.S. at the University of California at Davis and his J.D. from the Golden Gate University Law School.
