Philip Sholtz has joined Goldberg Segalla as an associate in its St. Louis office, where he will defend a wide range of matters as a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation, Toxic Torts, and Environmental Practice Groups.
Phil — who offers clients depth and breadth of experience in several practice areas and industries — brings a broad-based legal background to the firm. His practice includes representing insurance carriers and employers across a range of industries in complex workers’ compensation matters and defending the manufacturers of medical devices, pharmaceutical, and consumer products against complex liability actions. He also handles toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Phil’s experience includes spending several years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in St. Louis, where he took jury and bench trials to verdict in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and class action trials. In 2015, he was awarded its Excellence in Litigation Award.
