Goldberg Segalla added Piotr (Peter) Popkowski to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Newark.

Peter focuses his practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He is engaged in various aspects of workers’ compensation matters from referral through closure. Peter draws on experience handling premises liability, trucking and auto, wrongful death, dram shop, and other personal injury matters, assisting in client interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Peter earned his B.A. from Montclair State University and his J.D. from the New York Law School.
