Goldberg Segalla added Sabrina S. Worthy to the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group in Princeton.
Sabrina counsels and defends the interests of clients facing employment and labor issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. She represents employers in workplace disputes, litigating employment cases in federal and state courts, handling arbitrations, and managing administrative charges before federal, state and city agencies. Sabrina provides preventive and risk-management counsel to employers on hiring, onboarding, discipline, termination, leave, disability, accommodation, non-compete/non-solicitation, benefits, and executive compensation . She has extensive experience drafting employment policies, employment agreements, and multi-jurisdictional employee handbooks. Having served for more than eight years as an in-house employment counsel as well as in private practice, Sabrina’s experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by today’s employers.
Sabrina earned her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
