Sammy focuses on defending large, nationally prominent retailers, malls, manufacturers, and food and beverage franchises and their insurers. Her practice includes drafting discovery responses and demands, drafting motions, communicating with insurance adjusters and experts, and assisting them in preparation for litigation.
At the University at Buffalo School of Law, Sammy was a “Note & Comment” editor for the Buffalo Law Review. Before entering law school, she graduated cum laude from Florida State University. Sammy also gained experience in an internship at the Mental Hygiene Legal Service, a state agency vested with advocating and litigating on behalf of individuals receiving services for mental disability.
