Goldberg Segalla added Siya Saggi to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Manhattan.

Siya focuses her practice on representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, from referral through closure. She draws on experience gained handling pre-closing and post-closing matters as well as reviewing corporate organizational documents and preparing draft ancillary documents on lender-side transactions as a law clerk in the financial transactions group of a New York law firm. Siya also acquired experience as a contracts intern in the general counsel’s office of Ametek Aerospace and Defense, analyzing and summarizing contracts for internal analysis.

Siya earned her B.S. from New York University and her J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School.
