Taylor represents insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation claims. She defends clients before the Industrial Commission, and is involved in all aspects of the claims-handling process, from inception through resolution and including mediation. Her background includes providing legal assistance related to contracts, non-compete agreements, and agency agreements for start-up businesses. Taylor received her bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. As a law student, she spent a summer as a research assistant to numerous professors at the Campbell University Norman A. Wiggins School of Law.
