Whitney focuses her practice on defending medical professionals in the long-term care industry against a wide variety of high-exposure malpractice claims. In her practice, Whitney guides individual medical professionals through the litigation process and tailors defense strategies that are vigorous, cost-efficient, and sensitive to the professional ramifications of publicity and exposure. Whitney’s litigation experience also extends to personal injury and general liability matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Whitney worked with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, and also served an externship in the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office. Whitney earned her bachelor’s at Syracuse University and earned her J.D. at Villanova University School of Law.
