In “5 Ways Law Firm Communications Have Become More Complicated,” Jimmy talks about how communication with clients through text messages or chat platforms may not be the best way to discuss privileged information, but attorneys have to adapt.

“At the end of the day, if your client if going to text message us, we can’t tell them, ‘Stop,” Jimmy said. “They’re the client.”
