Joseph M. Hanna Interviewed by the Golf Channel in Recognition of Bunkers in Baghdad on Veterans Day
“It’s amazing the number of lives we’ve been able to effectually impact with a very positive change,” Goldberg Segalla’s Joseph M. Hanna said in an interview with the Golf Channel regarding Bunkers in Baghdad’s continued mission of donating golf balls and clubs to U.S. troops and veterans.
In the interview, Joe, founder and president of Bunkers in Baghdad and a member of Goldberg Segalla’s most senior leadership, talked about the nonprofit reaching a new milestone of more than 1 million golf clubs and 13 million golf balls sent to service members throughout the U.S. as well as those actively deployed in 74 countries around the world.
“The opportunity [to meet veterans] is what keeps us going,” Joe said. “The opportunity to tell them thank you in person, to see how we’ve helped them, it’s the least we can do.”
